CONYERS HERE SUNDAY not Saturday :-( you're invited :-)

Our special SINGLE PAYER GATHERING with Congresssman Conyers has been delayed. 

We will meet with him at 2pm, Sunday.  

He will not be in San Diego until SUNDAY.  He will not be at the big Healthcare Forum on Saturday at all.   

Again - 2pm Sunday 

Place to be announced.  

I will send that info end of today or early tomorrow, Saturday.

This is probably better as his visit will be exclusively devoted to Single Payer.

So this is, again, a chance to thank him and possible talk with him -- and to thank those of you who have worked long and hard for single payer. 

We will present him with a plague of thanks and acknowledgement from our coalition of groups. 

Stay tuned -- and again apologies for the confusion, but it's just life...and it's not in our control...  :-)

at which Representative John Conyers will be the featured keynote speaker.

I'm writing on behalf of John Falchi to invite you to a post-Forum gathering with Representative John Conyers and core single payer advocates and other community activists  here in San Diego.  

When:  Saturday, July 11 - 4:15 to 4:45 p.m.

Where: Special meeting room at the Jacobs Center

Why: This is a great opportunity to thank Representative Conyers for his leadership and to meet, mingle and connect with other community leaders who can help us to build our Single Payer Coalition and expand our reach here in San Diego County.
